Sign-on Partnership : $1000 @ 6 months, $1000 at 1 year, $1000 at 18 months, and $1000 at 2 years = $4000.

What we're looking for in a Maintenance Technician

To thrive as a Maintenance Technician at The Bama Companies, you'll need a robust skill set to tackle the diverse challenges of our production environment. Proficiency in at least five critical areas is essential, including automated equipment setup, teardown, and repair, as well as PLC troubleshooting. You'll also need a strong foundation in maintenance and repair of motor controls, general industrial wiring, and electrical troubleshooting.

Your expertise with AC inverters, DC controllers, and servers will be invaluable, along with a solid electrical skill set. Be prepared to dive into mechanical systems, mastering maintenance and repair tasks related to pneumatics, bearings, seals, gears, chains, and sprockets. Understanding pipe fitting and lubrication of mechanical components will round out your ability to keep our operations running safely and effectively.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
