What You’ll Lead

• End-to-end improvement initiatives : scope, schedule, budget, and ROI calculations.
• Design / testing cycles to refine new and legacy equipment for efficiency and reliability gains.
• Hands-on support to maintenance and production—swift troubleshooting on mechanical, motion, and hydraulic systems.
• Structured problem-solving with continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Compliance verification to applicable codes and standards across products, systems, and processes.
• Capital project support and documentation using TPM tools and the six-step management methodology.
• Training plans and sessions to embed new processes and equipment safely.
• Clear project reporting and stakeholder updates.
