Customer Service Representative
LaSalle Network has partnered with a global distributor of industrial products that is committed to providing cost-effective solutions and consulting. They are seeking an energetic, personable Customer Service Representative to join their team in Chicago.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls with clients / customers
- Perform order entry; enter orders into the SAP system direct
- Input orders, modify existing orders and communicate as necessary to ensure internal data remains accurate; verify account balances as needed
- Answer product questions as the first line of response
- Facilitate resolution of transaction discrepancies and customer complaints to ensure both immediate and long-term resolution
- Expedite delivery per customer requests, and verify orders are fulfilled on time and per customer specifications
- Identify variances including delivery dates, price and order quantities, and initiate communication to the respective customer to ensure resolution
- Advise customers of the status of open items including but not limited to order processing, product audits, routing and quotes
- Process customer credit card payments
Customer Service Representative Requirements :
1+ year of call center experience1+ year of customer service experienceGood phone presenceExcellent soft skillsAdditional Information :
