What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage preparation and submission of  sales and use tax ,  gross receipts tax , and  property tax  reports, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.
• Partner with internal teams and external consultants to handle  state audits, annual reports, registrations, and franchise taxes .
• Maintain precise monthly accruals and account reconciliations to support financial integrity.
• Contribute to  state apportionment workpapers  and unclaimed property reporting, adding value through attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, embrace new tools, and share knowledge across the team.

Salary range : $80K–$90K , plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), annual bonus, paid vacation, and other benefits.
