Hospice On Call 7 On / 7 Off Registered Nurse RN

Schedule : Mon - Thurs (5p-9a); Friday (5p-12a); Saturday and Sunday (8a-8p) 7 On 7 Off

Coverage area : Carroll, Douglas, Paulding, Polk, Fayette and some of Fulton Counties.

JOB SUMMARY :

The Registered Nurse On Call (RNOC) plans, organizes and directs hospice care and is experienced in nursing, with the emphasis of serving patients while on call. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

• Registered Nurse of an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice professional nursing in the state in which we do business.
• One (1) year of acute care experience in long term care, hospice, or home health setting.
• Must have reliable transportation, proof of current automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to cover areas within Carroll, Douglas, Paulding, Polk, Fayette and some of Fulton Counties.
