Key Responsibilities

Own the nationwide advisor recruiting strategy, managing outreach and relationship cultivation

Guide advisory teams through exploration, due diligence, and transition planning

Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions for incoming advisors

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in sales roles or financial services, particularly with advisory firms

Proven success in leading advisors through structured decision processes

Hands-on experience with both protocol and non-protocol breakaways

Deep understanding of independent advisory firms and their business models

Strong relationship-building instincts with a consultative approach to business development
