About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : 2 years minimum

License : Valid State License required

Certifications : BCLS and ACLS required; IV start and Telemetry required

Must-Have :

• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
• Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum
• Holiday rotation obligation

Description :

The Registered Nurse will float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units.

The nurse will provide care for adult and geriatric patients.

The patient ratios are 1 : 5-6 for days and weekends, and 1 : 6 for nights.

This role includes responsibilities such as telemetry monitoring, IV management, and wound care.

The nurse will be required to manage dysrhythmias and provide care for various medical diagnoses.

Training will be provided for the use of lift devices and bladder scanners.

There will be interdisciplinary support from physical therapy, respiratory services, and other units.

A background in telemetry and critical care procedures is essential for this role.
