Position : Business Development Manager
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to support and lead growth initiatives within a designated geographic region. This role involves cultivating client relationships supporting proposal development identifying bid opportunities and representing the firm at trade shows and industry events. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the A / E / C industry and a passion for building meaningful connections to drive results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients prospects teaming partners and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and track new business opportunities solicitations RFQs and contracts across federal state and local markets.
- Represent the firm at trade shows industry mixers and municipal and federal industry events.
- Coordinate business development trips capability briefings and speaking engagements.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal technical or executive teams.
- Support the proposal process including team assembly and strategic positioning.
- Maintain up-to-date client and prospect records in CRM software.
- Share business development insights and lead status updates with the internal team.
- Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials.
- Periodically visit and support regional offices and collaborate with local leadership.
