Manufacturing Planner

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planner / Manufacturing Engineer to develop detailed work instructions supporting aircraft parts, assemblies, systems, and maintenance activities. This role translates engineering requirements into executable shop-floor documentation while partnering closely with Engineering, Tooling, and Production.

What You'll Do

• Analyze engineering drawings, models, and specifications to define efficient manufacturing sequences
• Create comprehensive work instructions for machine parts, composite details / assemblies, airframe structures, aircraft systems, wiring, maintenance, MRB, or coatings
• Serve as a liaison between Engineering, Tool Design, Tool Shops, and Production to ensure manufacturability and accuracy
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions to support quality and efficiency
