Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services at an elementary preschool setting in Moorpark, CA. This contract position is set for the current school year, beginning immediately and concluding on June 5, 2025, with consistent hours from 7 : 45 AM to 3 : 45 PM.

Key Qualifications and Experience :

  • Valid California Teaching Credential (CTC) required
  • Certification of Clinical Competence-ASHA (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children in educational settings
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators and families

Location :

  • Onsite placement at an elementary preschool in Moorpark, California

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to preschoolers
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to support students' communication development
