A company is looking for a Training Manager to oversee training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assess employee skills and performance against established standards and identify training needs
Oversee the administration of the learning management system (LMS) and coordinate training delivery
Supervise the development and work of the Training Specialist
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of three years managing training programs in a Learning Management System (LMS)
Experience in evaluating and developing training courses and materials
Prior experience or certification with Learning Management Systems (LMS) required
Associate's and / or bachelor's degree preferred
Train the Trainer Certificate or other training certification preferred
