Night Call : $500 ( Gratis 2.5 hours)

24 Hour Call : $3500 ( Gratis 8 hours)

Clinic : 8a-4p

Call : 24 hours 8a-8a , 1 in 6 offsite

Submission Requirements : Must meet ALL Submission Requirement in Order to Submit!

  • Board Certification REQUIRED (Can accept Board Eligible)
  • WA State License ONLY (Due to Expedited Credentialing)- REQUIRED
  • Clean Malpractice (This is a MUST Due to Expedited Credentialing) - PREFERRED
  • BLS - REQUIRED
  • Availability at time of name clear REQUIRED (Will not accept candidates that cannot work specified dates-Week of 11 / 25, 12 / 30, 1 / 27, 2 / 3, 2 / 10, 3 / 17, 3 / 24, 3 / 31)
  • Availability for Specific dates and black out dates - REQUIRED
  • Must list # of shifts provider is available to offer / month & if availability is shared between assignments - REQUIRED
  • Certifications : BLS, DEA : REQUIRED

    • Position Description :

  • Setting : clinic / call
  • Duties : general urology care in clinic and on call, need a bread and butter urologist for routine care
  • Required Procedures : bread and butter urology, robot available
  • Patients per day / volume : 20-25 pts per day
  • Number of surgeries : 20-30 / month
  • Robotics? yes
  • Call Volume (consults vs callback) : 20% consults, 80% callback
  • Admissions : Hospitalist team present
  • Rounding : Locum will round
  • EMR : Epic
