Your Role :

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll train in key functions that include :

• Supervising shifts to meet company standards for quality and cleanliness.
• Training and developing team members under management's guidance.
• Building strong relationships with both crew and management, assisting where needed.
• Leading pre-shift meetings to discuss operations and safety.
• Managing labor costs and inventory to meet company standards.
• Maintaining reports in compliance with regulations.
• Overseeing cash handling procedures during shifts.
• Upholding personal appearance and professionalism at all times.
• Enforcing HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Representing Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. with professionalism and integrity.
