Seeking Entry Level Payroll Specialist candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Payroll Specialist Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level Payroll Specialist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Responsibilities and duties - Entry Level Payroll Specialist | Payroll Specialist:

• Supervise HR assistants and coordinators.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate training programs and professional development activities.
• Resolve escalated employee inquiries or complaints.
• Monitor HR compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Desired Qualifications For Entry Level Payroll Specialist | Payroll Specialist Candidates:

• Experience managing HR operations and teams.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, with at least 2 in supervision.
