Develop and maintain billing reports to support financial decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve billing processes. Leverage Excel (including advanced functions such as XLOOKUP) to analyze and reconcile billing data. Proven experience in billing, accounting, or related financial role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions). Experience in comparative analysis and identifying data trends. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
