Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance Operations Team. This role will have the opportunity to support critical decisions as well as identify and establish process improvements. A successful candidate will be able to see the big picture while also focusing on detailed data. Additionally, success in the role will come from a desire to learn and grow as part of a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage time independently as well as part of a larger team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide business partner support and guidance to various business functions, including:
• Providing financial guidance to department heads
• Supporting annual business plan and budget
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance dashboards, departmental summary reports, and Key performance indicator report.
• Preparing product and project margin analysis
• Designing, analyzing, calculating, and submitting incentive payments
• Supporting monthly closing
• Support companywide strategic initiatives through strategic thinking, planning and analysis
• Support strategic system initiatives
• Provide support to other ad hoc projects as needed

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting. MBA or CPA is a plus
• Financial analysis experience in pricing analysis, cost analysis, profitability analysis, budget analysis, and/or treasury analysis
• Strong Excel skills including the ability to use pivot tables and advanced formulas. Other Microsoft application experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence key partners

Compensation will Range from 70,000- 95,000k + Benefits and Bonus!
