Description :

  • with a strong background in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and production support activities. The role requires managing incident tickets, analyzing batch / job failures, and ensuring system stability through job scheduler tools like Control-M, CA7, or equivalent.

Required Skills :

  • Proficient in COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM.
  • Strong experience in mainframe support roles, including ticket handling and job monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with job scheduling tools like Control-M, CA7, or ZEKE.
  • Familiarity with IMS / DB2 is a plus.
  • Knowledge of incident and change management processes in ITIL environment.
  • Ability to read logs, analyze abends (abend-aid), and resolve batch / job failures.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in mainframe development and production support.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
