Reports To : The Client Services Associate will report to the Client Services Supervisor Client Services Manager or equivalent leadership.

Job Overview :

The Client Services Courier provides exceptional office mail and delivery services ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple functions. This includes processing and distributing inbound / outbound mail and packages supporting copy / print operations maintaining office and supply areas and assisting with conference and reception needs.

The role also involves driving and delivering mail packages and office supplies within the local campus or nearby client sites requiring repetitive lifting in and out of a delivery vehicle in all weather conditions. A valid Drivers License and successful completion of a CDL physical exam are required.

Overall this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt courteous and efficient service.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Deliver 5-star customer service to all employees clients and guests.
  • Drive a company vehicle to deliver and collect mail packages and office supplies safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles including repetitive lifting of items up to 60 lbs in various weather conditions.
  • Receive sort log and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing shipments and tracking.
  • Maintain and stock office pantry and supply areas; ensure copy / print devices are functional and replenished.
  • Support meeting room setups catering coordination and light facilities support as needed.
  • Perform light cleaning maintenance and occupant move assistance.
  • Provide reception or concierge coverage when required.
  • Maintain organized safe and well-stocked work areas at all times.
  • Build professional relationships and deliver consistent high-quality service.

Competencies :

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiar with multifunction devices and office equipment.
  • Knowledge of shipping receiving and packaging procedures.
  • Able to work independently with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Qualifications and Education Requirements and Physical Demands :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Valid Drivers License required; ability to pass a CDL physical exam .
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office services facilities mailroom or customer service.
  • Ability to lift carry and move packages up to 60 lbs repeatedly including in outdoor conditions.
  • Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using delivery tracking systems.
  • Professional appearance reliability and adherence to company standards.
  • Travel : None or Negligible

    Pay Range

    $18 - $18.25 USD
