Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and performance for enterprise accounts
Monitor customer health and address escalations to ensure satisfaction
Assist in data analysis and reporting to track account metrics and trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in B2B
Experience in the dental industry or healthcare technology is a plus
Comfortable with learning new software platforms and digital tools
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
