A company is looking for a Director of Ecommerce to manage and scale their direct-to-consumer ecommerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
Own the P&Ls for Shopify and TikTok Shop, targeting $20M+ in combined revenue
Build a repeatable growth engine using bundles, paid media, and conversion rate optimization
Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering accountability and results
Required Qualifications
5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
Proven track record of growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
Fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high-velocity creative testing
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
Strong understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and customer lifetime value
