Minnesota Licensed Corporate Attorney

A company is looking for a Corporate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Support senior attorneys in drafting and finalizing corporate documents

Assist with M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and general corporate transactions

Review corporate documents for accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of corporate transactional experience

Experience with cross-border or international matters is highly desirable

Active member in good standing of the Minnesota Bar

Strong organizational and project management skills

Technically proficient and quick to learn new platforms and tools
