Summary: Management and application of monies received for trade and non-trade accounts. Daily and monthly reporting and reconciliation.

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Management and application of all monies to customer trade accounts
• Management of High Radius automated cash application software
• Management and application of all monies to non-trade general ledger accounts
• Administrator of Credit Card software application
• Work directly with credit analyst on unidentified monies and reconciliations
• Work directly with internal & external audit
• Work directly with accounting pertains to bank reconciliations
• Daily balancing of A/R to G/L.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum required qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of cash application experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• PC proficient and advance skills in Microsoft Offices
• Experience with Oracle/JD Edwards (Enterprise-One) financial system
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner

Physical requirements:

• While performing the duties, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger or feel, frequently required to sit, occasionally required to stand and walk and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
