Weekly Pay – Timely payments every week. Provide perioperative care to patients undergoing cardiac and vascular surgeries. Assist with complex cardiovascular surgical procedures, including open-heart surgeries, valve replacements, and vascular interventions. Monitor patient vital signs, hemodynamics, and cardiac status throughout procedures. Administer medications, manage surgical instruments, and ensure sterile technique. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the interdisciplinary surgical team. Educate patients and families on preoperative and postoperative care instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with CVOR and facility standards. Promote patient safety and deliver evidence-based perioperative nursing care. Active Florida RN license or eligibility. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Minimum of 2+ years of recent CVOR or perioperative nursing experience. Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills. Healthcare Access – Close to leading hospitals and specialty cardiac centers.
