Facility in Half Moon Bay, CA seeking Urgent Care locums coverage Rates : $150 / hr Position Overview This facility is seeking 1 Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (or Internal Medicine Physician comfortable seeing children) to provide urgent care and primary care services for all ages (excluding infants) on a locum tenens basis. The assignment will run from ASAP through the end of May 2025. Schedule & Coverage Details

  • Shift Schedule :
  • Wednesday Saturday : 9 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch / dinner break).
  • Commitment to these days and times is required.
  • Setting : Outpatient Urgent Care / Primary Care.
  • Patient Volume : patients per day.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver urgent care and primary care services for all age groups, including children (but not infants).
  • Perform routine urgent care procedures.
  • Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation.

    • Requirements

  • Board Certification :
  • BC / BE in Family Medicine.
  • BC / BE in Internal Medicine if comfortable treating children.
  • Licensure : Active California medical license (required).
  • Certifications :
  • DEA, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, NRP, PALS (as applicable).
  • Other Requirements :
  • Clean malpractice history (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
