The Retention and CRM Associate will play a key role in supporting Underdog's customer retention campaigns. You'll build and launch campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels that connect with our users in meaningful ways. Supporting the Retention and CRM team, you'll use data-driven insights to make every message count. This is a fast-paced and hands-on role where you'll see the impact of your work right away.

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $63,000 and $70,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's skills and experience, among other things.
