Job Title : Linux Administrator / HPC Systems Engineer

Location : - Scottsdale AZ(Onsite)

Summary :

Seeking an experienced Linux Administrator with strong expertise in managing large-scale HPC / EDA environments storage systems and cloud integrations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with operations teams performing Linux upgrades and implementing modernized infrastructure solutions across global sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain Linux-based HPC / EDA environments across multiple global sites.
• Perform OS lifecycle management including upgrades (e.g. RHEL8 to RHEL9) and patch cycle modernization.
• Manage and optimize large-scale storage systems (NetApp Kompromise Qumulo) for high-performance workloads.
• Support and troubleshoot VDI environments (ETX) and EDA application servers.
• Collaborate with CAD and engineering teams to consolidate and modernize design centers including data migration and infrastructure refresh.
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies (KVM clusters) and workload schedulers (LSF).
• Deploy and manage cloud-based HPC environments using Azure CycleCloud for cost optimization and scalability.
• Lead and mentor operations teams ensuring adherence to best practices and operational excellence.
• Monitor system performance capacity planning and ensure high availability for mission-critical workloads.
