Learning and Development Specialist

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Administer the Sales Training platform, managing user access, content organization, and platform health

Build and maintain courses and learning paths, ensuring effective training experiences and operational support for launches

Produce reports and dashboards on training engagement, and manage video production workflows using AI platforms

Required Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience administering Highspot or a comparable sales enablement platform

Experience in building learning experiences, including courses and structured learning paths

Hands-on experience creating training videos, preferably with Synthesia or similar AI tools

Strong analytical skills with experience in producing reports and insights

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
