We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, Dietary Aide, to join our Dining Nutrition Services department. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for quality service of food to patients in any unit of the facility. Responsible for setting up of food and serving of food. Knowledge of diets and total cleanliness of unit required. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health.

Competencies:

• Assists in matting trays, setting tables, and sanitizing equipment.
• Checks menu and using census assists in the preparation of breakfast and dinner meals.
• Works in dish room, breaks down rolling racks.
• Prepares trays accurately according to resident ticket, ensuring appropriate quantities.
• Assists in cleanup after tray line finished.
• Uses daily census as directed.
• Serves on tray line breakfast and dinner.
• Has knowledge of and can fill in at all diet aide job flows.
• Sets up employee dining room for meals and breaks.
• Works in dish room, washes out trucks.
• Works in dish room, scraps plates.
• Works in dish room, sorts racks of silverware.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm and Working Every Other Weekend.

Education: High School diploma required

Qualifications:
