What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on the Department of Defense

Foster a culture of teamwork and deliver measurable business value

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners

Contribute to regional growth plans and ensure accurate sales forecasting

Promote continuous learning and adoption of innovations in data intelligence and GenAI solutions

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS Sales

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth technology companies

Experience engaging with and hiring sales talent

Strong focus on methodology-based sales coaching and value-based sales with stakeholders

Established executive relationship network within the industry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Experience working with the Department of Defense, particularly the Army

Familiarity with consumption and commitment-based sales revenue models

Knowledge of the partner ecosystem to support enterprise growth
