Pay Rate: $70-75k/annual, DOE

Location: Denver, CO 80206

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Our client offers local and long distance moving services to residential and commercial clients. We specialize in serving professionals in the real-estate industry who require reliable, detail-oriented moving and storage services on a recurring basis.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & Dispatching - Assign crews, trucks, and materials for daily jobs; ensure crews are prepared and equipped for success.
• Team Leadership - Recruit, train, and manage crew members; foster accountability and performance.
• Logistics & Quality Control - Oversee job execution, monitor service quality, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Customer Coordination - Communicate with clients and professional partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Equipment & Process Management - Maintain truck and equipment readiness; implement systems to support operational efficiency.

Operations Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in operations, dispatching, or logistics coordination. Prefer experience in moving, logistics, or service-based businesses.
• Ability to lead teams, solve problems under pressure, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication - comfortable engaging with team members and customers.
