A company is looking for a Customer Training Manager to design and deliver training programs for customers in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Develops, manages, and delivers customer training programs to enhance service for new and existing customers
Collaborates with various departments to create training content and requirements
Measures the effectiveness of training programs and maintains current training materials
Required Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and customer training
Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is preferred
Proven ability to collaborate across different teams and departments
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
Experience in creating engaging video content for training purposes
