[job_card.job_description]Minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance, surety, or risk management (desired) Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Motivated self-starter with logical, practical, and creative problem-solving skills Strong analytical and research skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and accept constructive feedback Understanding of multiple lines of property and casualty insurance (a plus) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Rhode Island Insurance Producer license (a plus) Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) Issuance of certificates of insurance and surety bonds Accrual reviews and billing reconciliations Management and administration of risk databases, schedules, third-party software, and systems Potential pathway to full-time employment While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to : job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
