Financial Analyst II
This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days.

The Role
Own Real Estate Services reporting, analyzing and explaining variances in weekly & monthly calls with business leaders.
Own Real Estate Services forecasting and budgeting models, ensuring alignment between business operations, existing programs, and the financial outputs.
Alignment of FP&A's forecasting to SEC reporting, maintaining new accounts and ensuring reporting accuracy.
Partnership with Accounting to ensure smooth and accurate month end close reporting.
Drive integration between financial systems and increase automation.
Support ad hoc analysis as needed to help deliver insights and recommendations in a fast-paced culture.
Skills & Experience
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree in finance or another STEM field.
Expert-level knowledge of Excel.
Experience with SQL or other data analysis programming languages.
Advanced financial skills, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey analytical concepts clearly to peers and management.
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning a plus.
Base Pay Range : $86,600.00 - 129,700.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.
