Peak Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Allen, Texas!

Allen Clinic Details :

  • Each clinician sees 10-12 patients a day with some additional evaluations during the week!
  • We are adding a clinician for growth!
  • $5,000 Sign-on-Bonus or Student Loan Repayment options!

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
