Coordinate personalized experiences and travel itineraries for clients
Research, compare, and confirm booking options using approved systems
Provide clear, accurate information and recommendations tailored to client needs and budgets
Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Manage updates, changes, and client inquiries efficiently
Maintain organized and accurate client records
Participate in virtual trainings, team meetings, and professional development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Minimum age of 18
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
