Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team for the 2nd shift, running from Monday to Friday, 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 00 pm, with the option for availability from Monday to Thursday. The role involves setting up and operating CNC milling machines with capabilities ranging from 3-axis to 5-axis. You will be responsible for interpreting technical blueprints, CAD / CAM files, and job sheets, as well as performing in-process inspections and maintaining tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis).
• Interpret technical blueprints, CAD / CAM files, and job sheets.
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Make offset adjustments and minor program edits as needed.
• Maintain tight tolerances, typically within + / - 0.0002 inches.
• Document setup notes and maintain tooling inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Willow Grove, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 / hr.
