Mechanical Assembler

Job Summary :

Mercury Systems is seeking the best and brightest talent to help us bring cutting-edge technology to mission-critical aerospace and defense applications, advancing innovation where it matters most. The Assembler will perform a variety of tasks relating to production operations on electronics and / or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.

Job Responsibilities :

• Install, assemble and inspect electronic components per documented work instructions.
• Interpret job routers, written instructions, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics.
• Perform pass downs with outgoing / incoming shifts.
• Perform various mechanical operations under a microscope up to 50% of the time
• Disassemble and re-assemble, modify, rework assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
• Install and route cables in small form factor assemblies.
• Other duties as assigned.
