Job Description

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, hands-on management candidates ready to advance into significant leadership roles. As a Manager in Training, you will undergo comprehensive training while engaging with customers and learning all facets of store operations. Our Management Development Program merges practical management and sales experience with the chance to work for a prominent name in automotive maintenance. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

• Delivering excellent results for customers, teammates, and the company
• Greeting customers with courtesy and ensuring a premium level of service
• Managing service appointments and responding to inquiries in person and via phone
• Advising customers on service needs and providing updates on their vehicle progress
• Creating a positive experience for every customer
• Overseeing that our company’s high standards are met and exceeded
• Participating actively in all areas of store operations
• Communicating effectively with teammates and technicians regarding time commitments
• Taking on additional duties as required
