Job Responsibilities
for payments
, BNPL
, embedded lending
, and credit platforms
Own the full product lifecycle
— from ideation to launch — including roadmap planning and KPI tracking.
Design, build, or manage FinTech platforms and solutions
Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams
Ensure regulatory and security best practices
Support scalability, performance, and reliability
Translate market research
, user insights
, and competitive trends
into actionable product enhancements.
Partner with compliance
and risk teams
to ensure adherence to FCA
, PSD2
, and AML / KYC
requirements.
Monitor and optimize product KPIs
such as adoption
, engagement
, NPS
, and churn
Requirements
Required Skills
Proven track record of delivering digital financial products
, particularly in payments
, P2P transfers
, credit
, or lending systems
Strong technical understanding of APIs
, payment gateways
, core banking platforms
, and lending infrastructure
Excellent stakeholder management

, and cross -functional leadership
skills.
Payments, lending, or blockchain experience
Strong analytical mindset
with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed product decisions.
