Litigation Secretary - State and Federal
Established (5+ Years) Premier Public Law Firm Seeking Litigation Secretary in San Francisco
An established public law firm based in San Francisco with over 5 years in practice is seeking a Litigation Secretary with 5+ years of experience to join Renne Public Law Group's litigation team. This is a hybrid role supporting attorneys representing public agencies, local governments, and nonprofit organizations throughout California. This Litigation Secretary will support complex litigation matters and work closely with attorneys on filings, calendaring, and trial preparation in a fast-paced public law environment.
Offer :
Salary range : $90,000-$110,000+ depending on experience

Qualifications :
5+ years of litigation secretarial experience supporting attorneys in state and federal court matters
Strong knowledge of California state and federal court rules and filing procedures
Experience preparing, formatting, and e-filing court documents in California state and federal courts
Experience with employment law (Plus)
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Moderate experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
Working knowledge of document management systems such as iManage and familiarity with eDiscovery platforms
Familiarity with legal calendaring systems such as deadlines.com or Compulaw is preferred
Experience with appellate filings is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail
Responsibilities :
Preparing and formatting pleadings, briefs, and litigation documents for trials, hearings, and court filings
E-filing documents in California state and federal courts and researching court filing requirements
Creating Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents for litigation filings
Preparing and serving subpoenas and coordinating litigation support tasks
Tracking deadlines and prioritizing multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment
Supporting attorneys with administrative and case management needs across active litigation matters
