Opportunity Snapshot :
- Compensation : $40-50 / hour
- Location : Midland, TX
- Assignment Duration : 12 months+
- Work Schedule : M-F / 40 hours

Qualifications :
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum of four (4) years of experience comprehending and interpreting State and Federal rules and regulations. 3 years' experience in RRC regulatoryMinimum of four (4) years of experience filing State and Federal DocumentsPrior Permian Basin experience. Familiar with oilfield terminology and operationsMust have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various regulatory agenciesMust be able to communicate clearly and influence other departments and discuss issues that may ariseMust be able to apply knowledge and use critical thinking skills to achieve work responsibilitiesMust be able to work independently with little directionAbility to problem solve and multi-task under tight schedule constraints, work on multiple projects concurrently, manage varying priorities and tasks, and adapt quickly to rapidly changing events, meeting deadlines with attention given to detailHigh School diploma or equivalentSpecifically Railroad Commission Forms W2 Oil Completion Packet, G1 Gas Completion Packet, P17 Commingle, P17A, Commingle, ST1 HCG Tax Designation and associated formsResponsibilities :
Support to asset teams in completing and submitting regulatory filings including but not limited to drilling permits, completions, recompletions, flare permits, commingle permits, and injection permits with all associated formsResearch and assist to resolve all compliance issuesMaintain in-house tracking systems with current informationRequest and review as drilled plats provided by the survey companyDistribute filings to teams and departments as neededAssist with review of assets for compliance issues during acquisitions and divestituresWork with service company to obtain, review and file W-15’sComplete all data collection for completion packetsAssess and resolve violation notices for assigned areaSpecifically Railroad Commission Forms W2 Oil Completion Packet, G1 Gas Completion Packet, P17 Commingle, P17A, Commingle, ST1 HCG Tax Designation and associated forms.The Bergaila Way :
