Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join the team in our Round Rock, Texas office. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt, professional, and effective assistance. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience across various communication channels.

Quickly grasp key roofing and SaaS industry concepts.Gather, analyze, and process client data during data migrations.Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, or social media in a timely and empathetic mannerProvide accurate information about products, services, policies, and proceduresTroubleshoot customer issues and work toward a resolution, escalating as necessaryMaintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Operations) to resolve customer concernsIdentify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experienceStay up to date with product knowledge and system updatesBenefits :
