QC / QA Manager

We are seeking an experienced QC / QA Manager to oversee quality control and quality assurance for water purifying plant construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring all aspects of the plantfrom civil and structural work to mechanical, piping, and process systemsare built in compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

This position is ideal for a driven, self-starting professional who can step onto a complex $100M+ water purifying projects and establish effective quality processes immediately.

Key responsibilities include :

• Develop, implement, and manage the project-wide QC / QA program for water purifying plant construction
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee inspections and testing for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and process scopes
• Coordinate with third-party testing agencies, inspectors, engineers, and municipal stakeholders
• Track, document, and resolve non-conforming work (NCRs)
• Maintain all quality documentation, logs, reports, and closeout packages
• Participate in pre-installation meetings, inspections, and commissioning readiness reviews
• Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Engineers to proactively prevent quality issues
