Technical Product Manager

Looking for a Technical Product Owner to play a crucial role in streamlining our loan management system development processes. The ideal candidate possesses a drive to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Principal Responsibilities : -Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.-Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clear communication of requirements to the development team.-Develop and maintain a well-defined and comprehensive product backlog.-Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and quality assurance personnel to deliver high-quality products.-Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, answering questions and providing clarity on backlog items.-Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring the team understands the scope and objectives of each sprint.-Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.-Monitor and report on product performance and customer satisfaction.-Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Target Salary range - $ 90-115k

Required Skills / Qualifications : -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar rolePreferred Skills / Qualifications : -Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.-Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.-Experience with product management tools such as Jira or Trello.
