What You’ll DoAs a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our clients and their pups. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their dogs with a friendly smile and warm demeanor.
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing client inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments for daycare, boarding, and grooming services.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all client information is up-to-date.
- Assisting with check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth and pleasant process.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure the highest level of care and service.
We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for dogs and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
