DISPATCHER

CARETAKER (HA) - 90645

Under the direction of the Administrator or designee, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Dispatch elevator teams as required.
• Record information regarding the performance of elevators and the activities of Elevator Mechanics and Elevator Mechanic Helpers.
• Perform data entry in the Maximo Work Order System.
• Print Elevator Reports from Maximo as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of computer data.
• Maintain computer terminal and related equipment.

Note : Selected candidate will be required to work nights and weekends.
