Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Provides information to determine status of current orders and to forecast needs for future orders. Monitors reorder points, and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories. Notifies supervisor of irregularities and when stock reaches designated reorder point. Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of inventories.
Work assignments are typically routine and non-complex in nature and follow established policies and procedures. Receive some instruction in completing routine assignments and may receive more detailed instructions for new or more complex assignments.

Required Skills
HS diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant administrative / operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job, OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience.
Requires good knowledge of general / standard administrative / manufacturing operations procedures and methods to successfully complete the duties of the job.
Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Requires good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to solve problems related to duties of the job.
Excellent knowledge of production and manufacturing environment.
Excellent time management skills.
Must have the ability to read and interpret job specifications and identifying the correct parts for fulfilling customer orders.
Must be willing to work weekend overtime as needed.

Job requires the ability to lift 20-50 pounds, occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds frequently and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds constantly. Must be able to use a ladder to pick items.

Required Experience
Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
Experience working in a fulfillment or printing environment, preferred.
