DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer who is ready to take their career to the next level. In this role, you will support multiple enterprise multi-tenant cloud applications deployed globally in a multi-AZ AWS environment.

You will be a key member of a cross-functional team—working alongside Cloud Engineers, Developers, and DBAs—to automate processes, enhance deployment pipelines, and ensure the seamless delivery of our fastest-growing product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Pipelines : Build, maintain, and optimize new development pipelines and cloud infrastructure to support global scaling.

Automation : Create efficient scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual errors, and improve the overall customer experience.

Deployment : Oversee the deployment of product updates and fixes, ensuring stability across production environments.

Issue Resolution : Proactively investigate and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent future downtime.

Performance Optimization : Implement "quick win" performance improvements and enhance development and release workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

Professional Experience : 3–5 years of dedicated experience as a DevOps Engineer.

AWS Expertise : 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing multi-AZ AWS environments.

Linux Mastery : 3–5 years of experience with Linux systems (Debian / Ubuntu preferred) and deep proficiency with the CLI.

Scripting Skills : Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or Bash for automation and tool building.

Tooling : Familiarity with deployment and management tools such as Jenkins, AWS SSM, or Rundeck.

Mindset : A collaborative, team-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments with short sprint cycles.

Availability : Willingness to work outside of traditional hours if required by critical business needs.

Preferred Experience

Database Knowledge : Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or Redis.

Containerization & Config Management : Experience with Docker and Ansible.

OS Versatility : Comfort working within Windows environments in addition to Linux.
