Inventory Accounting Clerk Support Center
Modern Automotive Network Winston-Salem NC
Modern Automotive Network is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Accounting Clerk to join our Support Center team. This role plays a key part in managing new vehicle inventory processing manufacturer invoices and maintaining accurate accounting records for multiple dealerships across our growing network.
Responsibilities
Pull new manufacturer invoices daily assign stock numbers and enter information into the DMS.
Post new manufacturer invoices into accounting with accuracy and attention to detail.
Oversee incoming Manufacturer MCOs and correctly match them to vehicle inventory.
Process new vehicle dealer trades including assigning stock numbers and entering into the DMS.
Post new vehicle dealer trades into accounting print related checks and manage MCO assignments.
Handle all paperwork associated with trades ensuring timely communication and follow-up with receiving dealers.
Support other DMS-related tasks and assist with multiple manufacturer processes daily.
Maintain a basic understanding of title work and new vehicle assignments.
Qualifications
Prior experience in automotive accounting inventory control or title work preferred.
Working knowledge of CDK DMS is a plus.
Notary certification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
