The Vice President of Finance will provide strategic leadership and oversight of VisionQuest's financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity, compliance, and alignment with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. This position directs all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, grants management, payroll, treasury, and risk management functions across all programs and corporate operations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the VP of Finance serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, advising on financial strategy, long-term planning, and organizational performance. The VP ensures that financial systems, controls, and processes are optimized for accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency. This role promotes a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all finance-related activities.
